These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thesaloonedit.com (the "Site") and any related content, features, moodboards, guides, consultations, or services (collectively, the "Services") offered by The Saloon Edit ("we," "us," "our"). The Saloon Edit operates under a valid trade license issued in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

The Saloon Edit is an interior and product design initiative created by Raghad Elwali, offering editorial content, moodboards, curated product sourcing, refurbishing guides, and interior design consultations. Contact us at thesaloonedit@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Site is intended for general audiences interested in interior design and lifestyle content.

3. Content on the Site

3.1 Editorial Content. Moodboards, room renders, "Object of the Week" features, refurbishing guides, and similar content are provided for inspiration and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional design advice unless obtained through a paid consultation as described in Section 5.

3.2 Third-Party Product Links. The Site may feature links to third-party platforms, including Etsy and other retailers, under sections such as "Etsy Finds." We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or guarantee any third-party products linked from the Site. Any purchase you make through such links is a transaction solely between you and the third-party seller, governed by that seller's own terms, policies, and return procedures. We are not responsible for product quality, pricing, shipping, customs, or availability on third-party sites.

3.3 No Professional Warranty on General Content. Refurbishing guides and DIY-style content are shared for general informational purposes. You are responsible for assessing your own skill level, materials, tools, and safety precautions before attempting any project. We are not liable for damage to property, materials, or injury resulting from following content published on the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — including but not limited to text, moodboard collages, graphics, layouts, logos, and the "The Saloon Edit" name and branding — is owned by The Saloon Edit / Raghad Elwali unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially reuse this content without prior written permission.

Images of third-party products (e.g., furniture shown in moodboards or "Pick Your Fighter") remain the property of their respective brands, designers, or sellers, and are used for editorial and inspirational purposes.

5. Consultations

The Saloon Edit offers interior design consultation services. Where you engage us for a consultation:

  • Scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon separately (via email or another agreed channel) before work begins.

  • Consultations provide design guidance and recommendations; we do not guarantee specific outcomes, cost savings, or that recommended products will be available at quoted prices at the time of your purchase.

  • Any implementation of consultation advice (purchasing, installation, contracting labor, structural changes, etc.) is undertaken at your own risk and expense.

  • Payment terms, cancellation, and refund conditions for consultations will be communicated directly at the time of booking.

6. Newsletter & Communications

If you sign up for our mailing list, you consent to receive emails from us regarding new content, moodboards, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting thesaloonedit@gmail.com.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable UAE law or regulation;

  • Attempt to copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission;

  • Interfere with the security or normal functioning of the Site;
